Ines Aruna Ines is a yoga teacher, naturopath & nutritionist and will accompany you through the week with daily yoga classes, meditations, inspiring workshops and discussion groups, as well as group events around the campfire and deep relaxation through massages.

Meals
Half board 14 meals organic and regional food 7x late breakfast 7x dinner our morning routine: Hot water, tea and fresh fruit are ready for you every day from 07:30. The traditional Cretan farm of the Kokotsakis family cultivates a large, organic vegetable and fruit garden with an abundance of herbs and mushrooms. We can enjoy these delicious Cretan recipes together during our trip.
Accommodation
The Orizon Centre on the north coast of Crete, above Souda Bay, offers breathtaking sea views, a magical swimming spot at the hidden beach within walking distance and many retreats that we have created for our trip together. You will stay in one of the five flats: Bedroom: shared room with 2 single beds (single room at extra cost) Communal areas: Bathroom, kitchen with living area, terrace with sea view Other areas: Seminar room library Sun terrace with pool Restaurant with large terrace
